We started Vanta because brands were being handed rosters instead of results. Our model is different: we own the talent relationship, the vetting and the day-of coordination — and we keep our roster private so you get a curated team, not a directory to sift through.
Our roster spans brand ambassadors, models, promotional talent, sampling teams, hospitality staff and experiential crews in markets across the country. Every one of them applied to Vanta, was reviewed by our team, and was approved before ever being placed on a client activation.
