Information you provide

Vanta uses staffing inquiry contact and event details to respond to requests and coordinate staffing. Talent applications and photos remain private and are not available for brands to browse. Contact bookings@vantatalents.com about your information or privacy choices.

Google Ads measurement

We use Google Ads to measure which advertisements lead to successfully submitted staffing inquiries. When allowed, Google receives cookies and ad click identifiers, device/browser information, page URLs, and an inquiry completion event with a unique request identifier. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers or talent application information as matching data. A completed inquiry is not proof of a qualified lead or booking.

This installation measures advertising performance; it does not enable enhanced customer matching or advertising personalization. Campaign bidding is unchanged. Google may process data under its own policies: Google business data privacy.

Consent and withdrawal

Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada are asked before advertising tracking loads. Canada is treated conservatively because our country lookup cannot identify Quebec separately. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask first. Elsewhere ordinary measurement may be enabled without a banner, unless you reject or use a supported global privacy opt-out.

You can reject as easily as accept, and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Opening settings does not change your current choice. Withdrawal stops new inquiry conversion reporting; previously blocked events are not replayed. We save a visitor reference, the choice, time, notice version and notice shown in your browser, preserving earlier choices when you withdraw. Each inquiry retains the advertising choice and region at submission. Clearing browser storage removes the browser record and may require a new choice.
